Which product you should buy is entirely up to you — there is no single right answer. All of our bullion and coin products come from respected government mints or accredited institutions. In general, we recommend investors focus on the most liquid items, meaning those most commonly bought and sold, that also carry low premiums above spot price and tight bid-ask spreads. Our team is available by appointment to guide you based on your specific investment objectives.

Tax obligations vary based on your state of residence and the nature of the transaction. For orders shipped outside of New York, we do not collect local sales tax. For New York transactions, bulk purchases meeting certain thresholds may qualify for exemption under applicable commodity investment rules. Yes, shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the total declared value of the package — which affects our insurance coverage — and the physical weight of the shipment. The majority of our packages ship for between $15 and $40. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping charges reflect our actual costs for packing, carrier fees, and full insurance coverage during transit.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. Wire transfers received after 12:00 PM EST are treated as received the following business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days depending on your location and the selected service level. You will receive a tracking number once your shipment is dispatched.

When you purchase bullion or coins from Kush Gold & Jewelry and receive a confirmed order, the price is locked in and the transaction may not be cancelled — it may only be offset at our current ask price. Any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price is your responsibility in the event of cancellation or return. A $35.00 cancellation fee also applies.

When you sell bullion or coins to Kush Gold & Jewelry and we have issued a confirmation, the price is likewise locked in. Any deficit between the confirmed purchase price and the offsetting market price is your responsibility if the transaction is cancelled. A $35.00 cancellation fee applies. Any market gain resulting from a cancellation remains the property of Kush Gold & Jewelry.

All shipments are sent fully insured and with an adult signature required upon delivery. We use established national carriers — primarily UPS and USPS Priority/Express Mail, with FedEx used where appropriate. Should your package be lost or damaged in transit, Kush Gold & Jewelry will pursue the insurance claim on your behalf. Once a claim is confirmed, we will either re-ship your items or issue a refund at our discretion.

Please note: insurance coverage is void if you have instructed any carrier to leave the package unattended, to deliver without a signature, or to leave the package with a third party. For large-volume orders, alternative secure delivery arrangements including armored vehicle service are available.

For in-stock items, your price is locked at the time of order placement, guaranteed by credit card. Full payment must be received within one business day or the order will be cancelled and our Market Loss Policy will apply. Kush Gold & Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order but will typically only do so if payment is not received on time.

For items not currently in stock, a price estimate is provided at checkout but the price is not locked until cleared payment is received. If the locked price upon receipt is higher than the estimate, we will require the balance before delivery. If the received amount exceeds the final locked price, the difference will be refunded to the customer along with the order.

We accept wire transfers, certified checks, personal checks, and cash. Please note that we do not accept cash in excess of $10,000. Cashier and personal checks may be delivered in person at our 580 Fifth Avenue office or mailed to us. Orders paid by check are held until the check clears, which typically takes 3–17 business days.
